Bodyweight and mobility
Learn to move your body in the best possible way!
During this course we will be going through a lot of different protocols to prepare your body for a great and fun workout.
We are going to start with muscle tension relaxations protocols throughout breading and we are going to use some more direct techniques. The goal in this part is to release muscles that are to active and bring our joints in a bad position.
When we enter the second part of the course we will focus on activation and mobility-exercises in order to activate the muscles that are being ”slapping” through the day. We want to use them to bring our body in a better position while exercisin.
In the third part we will do a specific warmup for the workout that we have in front of us that certain day; bodyweight strength, power and speed, intervals, etc.
From there on we are ready to do fun stuff!
We will individualize everything – from mobility and activation to the workout. Therefore the course is for everybody and you dont need any certain skills to participate.

This course is coached by Ahmo Kozaric. Ahmo has many years of both education and execution. Hi is the god of bodyweight and mobility. Originally Ahmo is from Croatia where he used to be in charge of a functional gym. As long as he can remeber, he has had a genuine interest in making people feel better and their bodies to move better.
